1. Custom Products

1.1 Restock Policy

No Refunds: Custom products, defined as products that are specially designed or altered to meet the unique specifications of a customer’s order, are non-refundable. Once an order for a custom product is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

1.2 Alterations

No Refunds for Altered Products: If a custom product has been altered or used in any way, Johnson Industries is not obligated to provide a refund for that order. Alterations or usage include any modifications or wear made by the customer or a third party that deviate from the original specifications as new agreed upon during the ordering process.

 

2. Standard Products

2.1 Refund Period

Up to One Month: Standard products, which are manufactured and not altered to meet specific customer requirements, are eligible for a refund within one month (30 days) from the date of purchase, a 20% order value restocking charge will apply.

2.2 Conditions for Refund

Product Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the standard product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original packaging.

2.3 Alterations

No Refunds for Altered Products: If a standard product has been altered or used in any way, Johnson Industries is not obligated to provide a refund for that order. Alterations or usage include any modifications made by the customer or a third party that deviate from the as new original specifications.

 

3. International Orders

3.1 Legal Implications

Policy Alterations: Johnson Industries reserves the right to alter its restock policy based on legal implications or requirements in different international jurisdictions. In cases where local laws or regulations impose specific restocking conditions, the policy may be adjusted to comply with those legal requirements.

4.1 Customer Communication: Johnson Industries will communicate its restock policy clearly during the ordering process by providing a URL to this document.
